How Does it Feel?
Rolfing is connective tissue work that is done in a layer by
layer technique and it feels a lot like stretching. Many people
don’t consider Rolfing painful but some may have momentary
discomfort in areas that are already tight and painful.
The idea is to work with the client at a level they can let
go into, encouraging them to breath and allow the area to soften.
This is always with the clients permission. If you have ever
taken a stretch or yoga class, Rolfing should not be a problem
for you.
